Moulding Maintenace Technician

Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on moulding machines (Injection / Compression / Blow Moulding as applicable).
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems of moulding machines.
- Conduct regular checks on moulds, tooling, and machine components to avoid breakdowns.
- Maintain records of machine servicing, repairs, and downtime.
- Support production teams in setup, changeover, and adjustments of moulding machines.
- Ensure machines meet **safety and quality standards** during operation.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new moulding machines and equipment.
- Collaborate with production and quality departments to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure availability for repairs.
- Follow **5S and safety standards** within the maintenance department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
