**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of oral diseases.
- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings.
- If a specialist, perform advanced treatments in your field of expertise.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Create detailed treatment plans and discuss options with patients.
- Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies.
- Ensure the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records and case histories.
- Collaborate with other dental care professionals in the clinic.
- Uphold the clinic’s standards for excellent patient care and service.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: BDS / MDS from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental license to practice.
- Proven experience as a general dentist or specialist (atleast 2 years).
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple patients and provide personalized care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred:

- Specialization in pedodontics, periodontics, oral surgery.
- Experience in a multi-specialty dental environment.

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience and specialization. (To be discussed during the interview process.)
