**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the development and review of the MCA curriculum, ensuring that it meets industry standards and current trends in technology.
- **Student Mentorship**: Provide academic guidance, career counseling, and mentoring to students in their academic and professional growth.
- **Research**: Encourage and guide students in research activities, projects, and dissertation work. Contribute to research initiatives within the department.
- **Assessment**: Design and conduct regular assessments, including assignments, quizzes, exams, and practicals. Provide constructive feedback to students.
- **Administration**: Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to institutional planning, and assist in the smooth functioning of the department.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Science, or related field from a recognized university.
- A Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field is desirable (not mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in MCA or related programs at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Experience in industry or research is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software development, data structures, algorithms, and computer networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective teaching materials and assessments.
- Familiarity with industry tools, emerging technologies, and research methods.

**Compensation**:
The compensation will be competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
