Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Explain products/services to prospects and generate interest.
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the business development team.
- Maintain daily call logs and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and convincing skills (verbal and written).
- Good listening ability and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Comfortable in making 80-100 calls per day.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- HSC or Graduate (any stream).
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
