**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a central point of contact for all **Sales Officers, Distributors, and Promoters** across India.
- Coordinate daily updates, performance tracking, and queries from the field sales team.
- Maintain and update attendance records of all field staff regularly.
- Collect, verify, and compile **TADA sheets**, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely submissions.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely data submission and report generation.
- Assist in scheduling sales meetings, training sessions, and other sales-related activities.
- Maintain databases and sales records to ensure accurate and updated information at all times.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and help streamline operational processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1/2 years in a similar coordination or administrative role, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or a sales-driven organization.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written - in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP or CRM systems.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
