We are looking for passionate **Academic Counselors / Student Advisors** with strong communication skills to guide students in choosing the right educational programs.

**What You’ll Do**
- Counsel students about academic and career opportunities.
- Recommend suitable courses and programs based on their goals.
- Maintain student data in Excel/CRM and ensure accurate follow-ups.
- Achieve enrollment and counseling targets with integrity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Mentor new advisors when required.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-2 years of experience in **student counseling / admissions / telesales / customer service**.
- Strong spoken & written **English communication skills**.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Results-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work **full-time from our office at Technopark Phase 4**.

**What You’ll Receive**
- **Salary**: ₹13,000/month **+ performance incentives (average earning ₹18,000-₹25,000/month).**:
