**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visual concepts that align with business goals and brand identity.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design that aligns with an established brand identity.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Assist with photo editing, image retouching, and creating graphics for both internal and external communications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaigns and initiatives.
- Work in a hybrid schedule, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, especially in digital formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- A basic understanding of responsive design, web design principles, and UX/UI fundamentals is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
