We have requirement for Process R&D Scientist
- Identify challenges and propose alternatives that are cost-effective, efficient.
- Perform literature studies and evaluate data to summarise the route selection strategy and identify challenges.
- Identify the cost effective routes and IP compliant routes.
- Able to plan for process development and execute experiments
- Develop scalable and robust processes integrating chemistry and unit operations.
- Collaborate with the team to synthesise challenging impurities and to prepare degradation pathways.
- Anticipate and address issues in batch failures and design the studies/experiments to resolve the issues.
- Collaborate with CFTs to finalise deviation and investigation reports.
- Expertise in organic chemistry with deep understanding of reaction mechanisms, by products and possible side reactions.
- Understand analytical techniques.
