Office Assistant

iB Arts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the efficient functioning of our company's operations. The person will be responsible for various administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in account maintenance.
- Create accurate invoices for clients.
- Maintain and update invoice tracking sheets.
- Assist in lead tracking and CRM updates.
- Monitor and restock office, canteen supplies, and equipment.
- Administer parking card allocation.
- Assist with employee asset allocation calculation.
- Oversee general office maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain records of housekeeping checks.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in administrative or operations support roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of Tally or any other accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Any similar office operations experience will be a plus.
**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

- New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
