**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their clothing needs.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on fabric choices, clothing styles, and fashion trends.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our suiting and shirting fabric collections as well as our readymade clothing lines.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique qualities of each product to customers.

**Sales and Consultation**:

- Engage in consultative selling by understanding customers' preferences, occasions, and requirements.
- Suggest suitable fabric options and clothing styles that align with customers' tastes and needs.

**Measurements and Fittings**:

- Take accurate measurements to ensure precise fitting of tailored garments.
- Arrange and coordinate fittings for customers, making necessary adjustments as needed.

**Order Processing**:

- Assist customers in selecting and customizing their fabric choices for tailored clothing.
- Process orders accurately, ensuring proper documentation and payment handling.

**Visual Merchandising**:

- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Participate in arranging displays and window setups to showcase the latest fabric and clothing collections.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Sales Targets and Reporting**:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to store management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the fashion or têxtile industry, is preferred.
- Passion for fashion, fabrics, and clothing trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- Basic understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and clothing customization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and order processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and individually.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in fashion or têxtiles is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
