Female Tellecaller

Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and offering solutions based on customer needs.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify new business opportunities by generating leads and following up with prospects.
- **Customer Support**: Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update client databases.
- **Sales Support**: Promote products or services, provide quotations, and assist in closing sales deals.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to close leads or address any concerns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product/service offerings to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to meet performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
