**Position**:Trainee US IT / NON IT Recruiter
**Experience**:Freshers
**Workdays**:5 days (Monday - Friday)
**Shift Timing**: 7:00 pm to 4:30 AM IST
**Compensation**: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility ( **Pick up will be Centralised and Drop will be DoorStep** )

**Salary: 3 - 3.6 LPA**

**Note : Salary for the first month will be a training stipend**

**Who can apply: HR Graduates & IT Graduates**
- Knowledge of IT RECRUITMENT Skills is added advantage
- Willingness to learn

**Job Description - Roles & Responsibilities**:
3. You Must be able to meet the deadlines and targets - targets will be 1 sub per day and 5 subs per week
4. During peak times, you may need to extend your shift by 30 minutes to an hour.
5. You Should be able to deal with the clients from submission till closer.
6. Your selection in either the IT or non-IT domain will depend on your performance in the final round of interviews.
