Facility Runner

**List of Duties**

**1 Daily Oversight**
- Turning on and off lights and switching on AC in essential rooms in the morning and evening
- Switch on water motors and ensure water tanks are always full
- Purchase grocery such as rice, dhal, oil, vegetables, spices from nearby vendor
- Ensure planned monthly purchase without multiple daily purchases
- Check waters levels in water tank, ensure water levels do not drop to critical level
- Switch on reverse osmosis system and turn off after appropriate running hours.
- Ensure smooth running of the facility without any immediate and emergency demands without any delay or waiting period

**2 External Technicians**
- Follow and ensure lift maintenance and repair without any delay and as per maintenance plan
- Arrange AC technician for repairs, oversight of repairs without any delay or follow up requirement without any delay or waiting period
- Arrange carpenter for inhouse requirements, plan the necessary work with mínimal inhouse inconvenience, ensure work is completed duly on time without follow ups.
- Arrange plumping and electrical service personnel, plan all works on a scheduled week day without sporadic planning, ensure work is completed as required, with safety and ergonomic use.
- Ensure all electrical and plumbing maintenance is followed as per safe industry standards
- Routine ac filter cleaning

**3 Preventive and Corrective maintenance**
- Cheque phase of the electricity and ensure there is no phase changes or lack of electricity in a particular phase
- Checking wires and electrical harnesses such that there are no leaks or risks
- Oil change in motors as per schedule and ensure smooth functioning of motors
- Petrol level check in generators such that the generators are always full and petrol is available for any long term critical generator requirements
- Plan cleaning as per schedule and continuously oversight such that there is no sludge or any particulate matter in the water tank
- Ensure periodic cleaning is maintained for the water tanks
- To check verify and continuously monitor safety devices such as smoke alarms and fire extinguishers without any delay or waiting period
- To collect clothes and other lab materials that will be passed on to laundry, ensure that washing standards have been maintained and clothes are ironed and kept in the appropriate places
- Continuous supervision of facility cleanliness, waste management pest control ergonomics of work and safety
- Plan and oversight deep cleaning using vacuum and red vacuum and micro fibre cloth for each instrument, furniture and rooms
- Co-ordinate with biomedical waste for waste management
- Ensure surroundings of the facility are cleaned and maintained in safe and aesthetic manner

**4. Safety & Compliance**
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans as per company protocols without any delay or waiting period
- Be aware of all emergency protocols as per standards and thorough on respective practices
- Participate in periodic training
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits and follow compliance for health, humidity, food waste oversight, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Oversight external facility for pests, snakes, drain seepage, water logging, tree cutting waste disposal and plant trimming requirement without any delay or waiting period
- Adhering to research guidelines by working with respective teams

Coordinate with regulatory bodies for facility audits and certifications.

5. **Infrastructure & Vendor Management**:

- Inventory procurement for lab such as lab wares, plastic wares, lab consumable, test tube, beakers, electrical components, chemicals, solvents, salts, plastic tube, utilities stationaries such as files and office consumables
- Manage contracts and service agreements for facility-related services.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of facility-related supplies without any delay or waiting period

**6. Resource Management**:

- Co-ordinate with facility support staff, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure office resources such as power tools, ladders are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Plan effective use of space, water and electricity for ergonomic and safe use of office space
- Ensure optimal utilization of facility resources and infrastructure.

**All work should be maintained in Log book maintenance for daily weekly and monthly tasks.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,128.00 - ₹20,994.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
