Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Lead Full Stack Developer** with expertise in **C#/.NET Core**, **React/Next.js**, and **microservices architecture**.
- Develop scalable backend services using **.NET Core**, **clean architecture**, and **async programming**.
- Use SOLID principles, Design pattern and Command patterns for loosely coupled code.
- Experience with **containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)** and **CI/CD pipelines** (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) is essential.
- Design and implement **event-driven systems** with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
- Build and maintain **efficient data access layers** using Entity Framework Core, Dapper, SQL, or NoSQL.
- Develop responsive UIs with **React**, integrating REST APIs and implementing **SSR/CSR** using **Next.js**.
- Ensure code quality via **unit testing**, observability tools (Splunk, AppDynamics), and secure coding practices.
- Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor team members on backend/frontend best practices.
