**Job Title**:Accounts Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge in documentation of financial statements with proper supporting papers. BRS
- Experience in Filing TDS, GST & handling of bills receivables & payables.
- Knowledge in handling of Payroll, Claims reimbursement & Vendor Management.
- Minimum 6 months year exp in Tally -a MUST.
- Must have close interactions with clients to generate regular invoices before due dates & follow up payments & also renew client contracts before expiry dates and maintain updated data/files/folders.
- Must be able to maintain good relations with vendors/suppliers/service providers.
- Job also involves handling HR & Admin functions, but primarily Accounts portfolio.

*Qualification: B.Com/ M.Com/ICWA (Inter)
*Experience 6 months - 3 years
*Must be capable of Maintaining day to day transactions/All Files/ Ledgers
*Should be able to co-ordinate with auditor, bank & top management & Employees
*Two wheeler essential

Good communications skills. Knowledge of English, Tamil (Hindi also preferred)

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
