**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Conduct site assessments and manage on-site inspections during construction.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from concept through construction and completion.
- Select materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with the design vision and project budget.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and sustainable building practices.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Professional Architect licensure (depending on location).
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing diverse project types.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with sustainable design or green building certifications (e.g., LEED).
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
