**Occupational Health Nurse
- Mumbai**

1. Should be well versed with corporate occupational health practices with at list 5 years of experience in corporate setup, some hospital experience preferred.
2. Required educational background GNM, Post Basic BSC Nursing, ACLS & BLS trained.
3. Should know basics of Excel, PowerPoint, Word handling etc.
4. Ready to support and travel to distant project sites.
5. Independently manage Occupational health center.
6. Should be able to establish and maintain cross department collaboration.
7. Should be able to write, read & speak Hindi and English
8. Effective role in managing pandemic.

Also as described below,
- **Risk reduction**: Risk reduction and harm prevention are among some of the other areas of responsibility for occupational health nurses. Promote Health education sessions.
- **Preventative health**: keep employees productive and healthy by offering them preventative strategies like Preventive health check up,morbidity monitoring, immunization, stress management.
- **Counseling and crisis intervention**: Well versed with Siemens EWAP
- **Rehabilitation therapy**: Connect with EWAP or location Doctor.
- **Health screening**: To promote and handle PHCs through aggregator as decided by Siemens.
- Maintaining confidentiality of employees' personal health information and working with employers to comply with established codes of ethics and regulatory or legal requirements.
- Implementing procedures and policies for continually assuring confidentiality
- Keeping logs and documents required by Siemens/ legal requirements
- Evaluating employees who have limitations or work restrictions and recommending appropriate job placement, such as fitness for duty
- Meeting eligibility requirements for being a medical employee who works with personal information
