This unique opportunity places you right at the forefront of Global Sourcing Indirect Procurement Operations. The position will work under the supervision of the Global Sourcing Operations Manager and be responsible for:

- Subject Matter Expert of Procure to Pay Process and solid knowledge of Ariba procure to order process. Proficient in transactional systems - SAP ERP and Ariba
- Understands SOX requirements, key controls and ensure processes are compliant. Monitors processes and effectiveness of business controls. Adherence to global sourcing policies, audits, and compliance.
- Lead process automation and actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Customer focused with ability to lead user outreach program. Ensure continuous interaction with the stakeholders to make sure that areas of concerns are worked upon for improved service levels.
- Expertise in e-Invoicing process in general and Ariba Network in particular. Expertise in Ariba Network, Hands on experience of Supplier Enablement on AN (Standard and Enterprise) and Integrations. Understanding of SN, OC, IRGR etc. Working knowledge of Ariba Catalog Management, setup, and maintenance.
- Ability to support implementation of Ariba new features.
- Ability to work in a compliant and metric driven global organization.
- Regular tracking and reporting of defined metrics, Participate in regular operation reviews.
- Interprets, administers, executes policies/ procedures.
- Contributes to the development of new projects/programs/processes.
- Manage acquisitions related activities from Purchase order management, Supplier Enablement / migration perspective.
- Interacts with IT, Account Payable and other cross functions to support business needs.
- Manages communication with internal / external stakeholders.
- Ability to influence & embrace the change in an evolving organization.
- Plans, coordinates, and prioritizes work projects and resources with mínimal direction.
- Ability to learn and adapt to evolving and new technologies.
- Contributes actively to a team activity, sharing experience and ideas. Works as a backup as required
- Knowledge of Ariba upstream system is desirable.

**Qualifications**:

- Requires bachelor’s or master’s degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Post-graduate, certification and/or license preferred.
- Hands on experience of SAP, Ariba and good understandings of P2P process
- Requires a minimum of 4+ years' direct experience, with 8 to 10 years' overall experience.
- Requires basic management skills and ability to design and execute processes.
- Must have good communications and customer service skills
