**What You’ll Do**
- Collect customer feedback, track performance and optimize design/targeting to improve the campaign effectiveness
- Use an iterative approach to optimization (hypothesize, design, test, measure, optimize), deriving actionable insights from the results, formulating new experiment ideas and hypotheses, while implementing winning results
- Keep a track of competitors, industry trends, best practices and technologies to react to new insights and behaviour shifts
- Track and analyse campaigns for key metrics
- Regular reporting on progress against goals and relevant business metrics and consumer insights.
- Coordinate with different functions including product, technology, BD, compliance, etc.
**Your Superpowers**
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience, especially in BFSI and the investment domain
- Experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing or Campaign Management or Customer Value Management
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Technology (MoEngage, Amplitude, Netcore, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, etc. or similar)
- Experience using analytical and database tools (Advanced Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc. or similar)
- Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data in simplified visual format

Rupicard is a VC funded early stage fintech startup. We are building a’ Credit Card for Bharat’, targeting the next 200Mn Indians who do not have a credit card. Credit card is a highly aspirational product but restricted only to the affluent Indians, residing in metro cities, working with top MNCs, having a CIBIL score of 750+. Anybody who does not satisfy even one of these criterions gets rejected, leading to anger and disappointment. We are disrupting this market by giving an assured credit card to this rejected and underserved population
