**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in interior finishing or construction supervision.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of interior finishing materials, techniques, and standards.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.

**Leadership Abilities**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and team leadership capabilities.

**Problem Solving**:

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality work.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Oversight**:

- Supervise the installation of interior finishes such as flooring, painting, cabinetry, fixtures, and millwork.
- Ensure all interior works align with blueprints, design plans, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to address discrepancies or challenges.

**Team Management**:

- Lead and manage teams of tradespeople and subcontractors.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure timely completion of finishing works.
- Conduct quality checks and provide guidance to maintain high workmanship standards.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Identify defects or areas requiring improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, changes, and approvals.

**Resource Management**:

- Monitor inventory and requisition materials as needed to avoid delays.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment for seamless workflow.
- Manage budget allocations for finishing works and control wastage.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety standards on-site to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Conduct safety briefings and provide training for team members when necessary.

**Client and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Update project managers and clients on progress, challenges, and timelines.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to maintain satisfaction.

**Problem Solving**:

- Resolve on-site conflicts between trades or related to material quality and availability.
- Adapt plans and schedules as needed to overcome delays or unforeseen issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
