**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately transcribing medical information as dictated by physicians during patient encounters
- Utilizing medical terminology and abbreviations to document patient history, physical examination, diagnoses, and treatments
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of patient information and adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Staying current with medical knowledge and technology advancements to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Participating in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in medical transcription or related field preferred
- **6months+ of Live Medical Scribe experience required**:

- Excellent typing skills and knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work remotely or onsite as needed
