Phlebo Rider

Collect blood and other pathology samples from patients at home or collection centers
- Label, pack, and transport collected samples safely and on time to the laboratory
- Ensure sample integrity and proper storage during transit
- Maintain hygiene and follow biomedical waste handling protocols
- Interact politely with patients, explaining the procedure and ensuring comfort
- Maintain accurate records of collections and handovers
- Coordinate with lab team for timely processing of samples
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of phlebotomy equipment
- Assist in additional operational activities as needed

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: DMLT / CMLT / Phlebotomy training certification
- 1-3 years of experience as a phlebotomist or rider in a healthcare setup preferred
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
- Good communication skills in local language and basic English
- Knowledge of blood collection techniques, sample labeling, and infection control
- Familiarity with local routes for efficient travel

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Hours**: Morning and evening shifts / as per duty schedule
- **Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
- **Salary**: Based on experience + travel allowance

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
