**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop conceptual designs based on client needs and project requirements.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure as an Architect.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in **Google Sketchup, Enscape, AutoCAD software.**:

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving ability.
