Planning Production & Co-coordinating with Factories for Export Orders

Processing Orders to Suppliers & make sure we get Delivery at right Time.

Handling Buyers individual with reference to Order Updates & New Enquires

Negotiate Prices before placing Bulk Orders to Fabric as well as Accessories Suppliers.

Coordinating with Shipping Department & Forwarding Agent for Booking Space Vessel & Clearance Process.

Co-ordination with bank & accounts department for advance payment, documents status.

Arranging Weekly Budget for Supplier Payments.

Follow up for the processed Orders & Plan the Shipment Accordingly

Arranging meeting & Presentation with existing & New Suppliers for New Developments as per our Customer requirements.

Confirming Pre-Shipments & Post Shipments Documents before Export Procedure.

Planning & Co-coordinating with Production Department & Fabric Department about

Confirming Pre-Shipments & Post Shipments Documents before Export Procedure.

Handling Customer Claims & Complaints in case of Discrepancy related to Exports.

Accompanying Customers in different markets & factories of China for Buying & Sourcing Products.

Coordinating with the Different Branch offices with respect to various issues such as inadequate information and new updates or doubts. (Shipping Companies & Factories)

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
