**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Accounts Payables for 7+ different companies
- Review, validate all invoices/receipts to process payments for all hotels and management company.
- Ensure all invoice discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Review & enter daily sales figures
- Review & process month-end city and state tax data entry
- Abide by USA laws
- Assist in any other operational areas that need help
- Dealing with multiple distractions with grace
- Fluent communication in English
- Proven accounting experience, preferably as an accounts payable clerk
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS office and accounting software
- Hands on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Be able to work independently and meet deadlines

**Required Hours**
- 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM India Standard Time
