**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver **technical and soft skills training** for automotive sales teams.
- Evaluate sales team performance and provide **constructive feedback**.
- Stay updated on **industry trends** to refine training content.
- Facilitate **onboarding programs** for new sales personnel.
- Conduct **workshops and coaching sessions** to improve sales strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Proven experience in **sales training or automotive sales**.
- Ability to **mentor and motivate** sales teams.
- Knowledge of **automotive industry trends and sales strategies**.
- Willingness to **travel for training sessions** when required.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
