You will be hands-on in designing and maintaining database architectures, implementing data backup and recovery plans, and ensuring compliance with government data regulations. You will work with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure database efficiency and security.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage database systems to support government projects.
- Ensure high performance, availability, and security of database systems.
- Optimize queries, indexing, and stored procedures to improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain data backup, recovery, and security policies.
- Ensure compliance with government data regulations and best practices.
- Work closely with development teams to design scalable and efficient database structures.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for database management.
- Perform periodic security audits and risk assessments.
- Document database architectures, procedures, and configurations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Qualification: MCA / Graduate / Post Graduate in Statistics or MCA or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology.
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing databases for government projects. A total of 5 years of experience.**:

- Expertise in database technologies like MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong knowledge of data integrity, security, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience in designing and maintaining database architectures.
- Ability to implement data backup and recovery strategies.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹206,674.93 - ₹500,000.00 per year
