**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into compelling video content for various purposes including marketing campaigns, social media, training, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with creative teams, marketers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on creative vision.
- Enhance video content with appropriate music, sound effects, motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
- Maintain consistency in style, tone, and brand guidelines across all video content.
- Review, incorporate feedback, and finalize video edits in a timely manner.
- Organize and manage digital assets and project files effectively.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video production and editing.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in professional editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects**, etc.
- Strong understanding of post-production techniques including color grading, audio mixing, and various file formats.
- Excellent sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video editing work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of camera operations and video production workflows.
- Familiarity with different social media platforms and video optimization best practices.
- Must be Graduated.
