Job Title IT Risk Associate **Job Description**: Join the game-changers We are currently recruiting an IT Risk Associate to work in the first line function of a fast-paced technology team in Bangalore. Reporting to the IT Risk Manager and Head of Technology Risk and Control, you will provide IT Risk and Compliance support across the multiple teams that operate across Technology. You will analyse risks and issues with both the current estate as well as new systems and implementations, ensuring the right governance and control points are included. You will help to implement improvements across our Technology controls environments. Initially you will focus on directly driving down our risks by supporting and coordinating our controls remediation and risk mitigation efforts. You will also move on to putting us on the front foot by enabling our teams to perform Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) and self-attestations in order to mature our controls environment and approach to risk. Relevant training courses to IT risk and ITIL courses will be available. Essential skills and attributes: - 4+ years’ experience in performing IT risk and control assessments or audits - Experience of working with teams to identify risks and drive remediation actions - Experience of working with control frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, NIST - Exposure to mapping processes and controls to requirements as well as control design - The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team, building good working relationships with Technology and Risk stakeholders.
