Associate - Credit & Risk Noida Designation: Associate - Credit & Risk Experience: 1 Year of Experience **Location**: Noida Minimum Requirements: - CA/ MBA (Finance) with up-to 1 Year of Experience - Support for business development; preparation of CAM; sanctioning and disbursement of fund-based credit facilities - Maintain/ enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed - Franchise and Brand building activities - Strong communication and presentation skills including strong written and spoken English language skills - In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Key Responsibilities Evaluate credit proposals covering financial, business and industrial risk - Accountability for ensuring best in class core credit risk analysis of applicable portfolio ensuring consistencies with industry leading practices and conforms to all internal credit procedures/policies, and all related regulatory expectations. Verify borrowers' track record & ascertain their credit worthiness Financial statements analysis of prospective customer to identify the short term & long-term solvency & liquidity position Knowledge of documentation and reporting requirements directly affected by execution of their credit responsibilities. Understanding the customers’ requirements and ensuring quick service delivery Set up audit framework. Carry out audits and get closure on items Basic Analytics and MIS reporting to various stakeholders.
