We are looking for a well-spoken tele sales female representative to be responsible for sales over the telephone. The tele sales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales.

A successful tele sales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Making Inbound and outbound calls
- Follow all leads
- Always in contact with the prospect client by calling.
- Associates will be required to make & receive calls from customers.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing sales in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
- Ability to work under pressure

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
