**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons as per the CBSE Board curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning abilities.
- Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (JEE, Olympiads, etc.), and other assessments.
- Utilize modern teaching techniques, including smart boards, digital tools, and interactive learning methods.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide additional academic support to students who require extra assistance.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and performance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics with a **B.Ed.** (Bachelor of Education).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. (Freshers with excellent academic records may also apply.)
- **Skills**:

- Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.
