**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Develop Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media plan to achieve business objectives.

2. Content Creation: Design and develop high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for social media platforms.

3. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

4. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and track social media campaigns to promote products and services.

5. Engagement and Community Building: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews; build and maintain online communities.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics; provide regular performance reports.

7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to align social media strategies.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing.

3. Skills: Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual design skills; proficiency in social media advertising platforms.

4. Software: Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).

**Work Environment**

1. Location: Karur and Erode.
