Ensuring proper manpower deployment for all patient care areas to facilitate smooth housekeeping function.
- Inspection rounds on floors and public areas to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Ensure Fire, Safety, Emergency Evacuation
- Regular up gradation of housekeeping cleaning supplies, equipment, materials and cleaning schedules.
- Checking & marking the attendance register of Security staff and assigning specific job function to attendants on duty.
- Maintain relationships with government agencies (BMC, Fire, etc)
- Maintain complete Stock Inventory for areas of work mentioned above
- Liasioning with various external government agencies like BMC, PWD, and other government bodies and ensure cordial relations with them.
- Registration of New Consultant in the BMC
- Monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and make appropriate recommendation to ensure efficient operations, implement agreed changes.
- Ensure that proper water supply /Electrical Power is available 24x7x365 days/ at hospital premises, waste reduction, BMW is take care end to end.
- Avoid wastage of water, control level of water in tanks for the same
- Ensure all Cleaning& maintenance of all drain lines are as per schedules.
- Maintain inventory details/ stock for plumbing material/spares as per schedules.
- Under take all plumbing and Carpenter related work in premises
- Maintenance repairs of following items: Door closures, trolleys, wheel chairs, stretchers, doors, revolving chairs, stationary, furniture, etc.
- Maintenance repairs of Wheelchairs and Stretcher.
- Ensure that Emergency supply through UPS is provided to various critical care areas. In case of failure of electricity supply is provided through UPS/ Generator/any other back.
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of entire HVAC system i.e. chiller plants, AHUs and Split AC.
- provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants
- Supervising and training multidisciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.
- Communicating with Facility Manager to develop strategic facility goals.
- Reporting. Submit daily report on work to reporting Facility Manager.
- Document regular facilities inspections.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
