Database Engineer

1. Understand business requirements and write optimized SQL queries for any Cloud database to test the requirements. (mandatory)

2. Strong in Database/Backend testing with ability to writing complex SQL Queries for data validation and integrity. (mandatory)

3. Worked in DevOps model, installing, configuring and integrating Automation scripts on continuous Integration tools (CI/CD) like GitHub for real time test suite, execution & troubleshooting. (mandatory)

4. Good at writing complex Joins and knowledge in PL/SQL & hand's on expertise in batch Data testing - (Nice to Have)

5. Strong Realtime API/MicroService (Rest) validation including automation using any custom scripts and used assertions for data validation and performed data driven for validating. (Nice to have)

Note from client: As our Database Engineers work extremely closely with the Automation and DevOps team, we want everyone on those teams to have at least a fundamental knowledge of DevOps. This will allow the individual to contribute his insight while the scripts are being automated. It is necessary for us to determine whether or not he has worked on automating the DevOps processes.
