**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**: Provide direct care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- **Monitoring and Documentation**: Monitor patients' conditions, document all patient interactions, observations, and interventions in patient records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- **Treatment and Procedures**: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, assist with medical procedures, and coordinate the care process.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and aftercare instructions.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
- **Advocacy**: Advocate for patient rights and safety, ensuring that their needs are met and their dignity is maintained.
- **Infection Control**: Adhere to infection control protocols to minimize the risk of contamination or infection.
- **Patient Safety**: Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, ANM/ GNM or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with the intent to pursue a BSN.
- **Licensing and Certification**:

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State ]
- **Experience**:

- Previous nursing experience in [specific setting, e.g., hospital, clinic, long-term care] preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical and technical nursing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
