**Job Title: Relationship Manager Trainee / Telecaller Executive**

We are seeking for a Relationship Manager Trainee / Telecaller Executive to join our team and assist in selling and managing client relationships for our free business awareness program. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our free business awareness program.
- Build rapport with clients and understand their needs and requirements.
- Educate clients about the benefits of participating in the program and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely enrollment in the program.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales techniques and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service role is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively engage with clients over the phone and build rapport.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
