**Assist with Project Execution**: Support the Merchandiser in tracking hand embroidery projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and specifications are met.
- **Coordination with Artisans**: Help facilitate communication with artisans and assist in managing small orders, understanding their capabilities, and supporting the execution of designs.
- **Material Management**: Aid in sourcing and inventory management of materials like fabrics, threads, and embellishments to ensure uninterrupted project flow.
- **Quality Checks**: Conduct preliminary inspections of work in progress and finished products under the Merchandiser’s guidance to maintain quality standards.
- **Client and Team Support**: Assist in preparing reports, updates, and presentations for clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of project progress.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on hand embroidery trends and techniques, providing insights that align with market demands and client preferences.
- **Documentation and Administrative Support**: Maintain organized records of project timelines, client feedback, and inventory status; assist with budgeting and cost tracking for small projects.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- **Basic Knowledge of Textiles and Fashion**: Familiarity with hand embroidery techniques and fabrics is a plus.
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, meet timelines, and maintain accurate records.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to assist in client and team interactions.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop or design software like Coral Draw is an advantage.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for quality and craftsmanship.
