BinMin Power Systems is currently seeking skilled and experienced Solar Electricians to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Electrician, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar power systems. We are looking for individuals with a strong electrical background, a passion for renewable energy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar power systems, including panels, inverters, and associated electrical components.

2. Perform electrical wiring and connections according to relevant codes and standards.

3. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

4. Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including faults, shorts, and malfunctions.

5. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and team members to ensure successful project execution.

6. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical equipment and systems.

7. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a Solar Electrician or in a similar role.

2. Valid electrical license or certification as per local regulations.

3. Strong knowledge of solar power systems, electrical components, and wiring.

4. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

6. Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
