Implementation of diversity and inclusion strategy:
- Program management skills to deploy and drive programs across various locations
- Support D&I enthusiasts in achieving their goals, partner with ERGs to help them run at high efficiency, and foster the growth of our
- community
- Coordinating and organizing various workshops on D&I awareness and sensitization programs across multiple locations and level
- Engagement with industry and partners to understand trends and best practices
- Time and stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships within the business and across function and help them execute D&I related programs and events
- Works with the Recruiting team to create and implement a diversity recruitment strategy
- Working with D&I Volunteers and Allies to build an environment where all team members feel they belong and can show up as their full
- selves
**Primary Skills**:
- Ability to understand and think though to dismantle systemic inequities from various D&I dimensions like:
- LGBT+, Person with Disability, Gender, Generation and Unconscious Biases
- Expertise in drawing meaningful insights from data to create strategy, tell a narrative and operationalize solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines while maintaining quality of work delivered
- Strong cultural dexterity
- Should be able to tap market intelligence and to connect with organizations working on inclusion
- Demonstrates passion and interest in Diversity & Inclusion
- MBA (HR), PGDM
**Secondary Skills**:
- Fluency in English; additional language(s) valued
- Strong presentation making/ analytical skills and project management skills is key
