**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales Agent
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition and Management**:
- Generate leads for property sales and rentals.
- Network and build relationships with potential clients, including buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Understand client needs and preferences, responding to their inquiries promptly.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- **Property Listings and Marketing**:
- Evaluate the clients’ property to determine its market value.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Create and distribute promotional material for properties.
- **Negotiation and Sales Closure**:
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Negotiate prices or other sales terms between buyers and sellers.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
- Ensure all agreements are legally binding and in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Stay informed on real estate markets, trends, and best practices.
- **Client Support and Advisory**:
- Provide consultation on property management, financing, or other real estate matters.
- Offer guidance and assist in the relocation of individuals and businesses.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.
- Good knowledge of the local property.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and procedures.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

**Experience**:
