**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach Mathematics to students preparing for NEET and school/board examinations (as per requirement).
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, practice tests, and study materials.
- Conduct regular assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify weak areas of students and provide personalized guidance.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for seamless classroom management.
- Ensure coverage of syllabus within the prescribed time frame.
- Motivate and mentor students to reach their academic potential.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methods.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of teaching experience in NEET/JEE coaching or senior secondary level.
- Strong command over Mathematics for Class 11 & 12 (CBSE and State Boards).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in a reputed NEET/JEE coaching institute.
- Proven record of students achieving high ranks/scores under your guidance.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
