Job Summary: As the Raw Material Keeper at Oscar Remedies, you will be responsible for the efficient management and control of raw materials used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. You will ensure proper storage, inventory management, and documentation of raw materials to support uninterrupted production operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations in the pharmaceutical industry.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or Graduate. Additional certification or training in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience (3-4 years) in warehouse operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on raw material handling and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks or hazards in the workplace.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials deliveries against purchase orders, packing lists, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials using electronic inventory management systems or manual inventory logs, and conduct regular stock checks to reconcile discrepancies and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor raw material expiry dates, shelf-life status, and storage conditions, and coordinate with procurement and quality control departments for timely disposal or replacement of expired or deteriorated materials.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
