**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:Collect and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through data analysis.

**Database Management**:Design, implement, and manage databases to store and organize information efficiently.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct regular database maintenance and optimization.

**System Development and Maintenance**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand information needs and system requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems to meet organizational objectives.

**Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement through the use of technology and data analysis.
Work with stakeholders to streamline information flow and enhance system functionality.

Create and maintain documentation for MIS processes, procedures, and user guides.

**Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with IT professionals, department heads, and other stakeholders to align MIS initiatives with organizational goals.
Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, and database management.
- Strong proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.

**Preferred**:

- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Certification in database management or business intelligence.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of industry-specific MIS best practices.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
