**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about current fashion trends, styles, and product offerings.
- Provide detailed information about product features, materials, and care instructions.
- Make personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
- Ensure that merchandise is appropriately displayed and effectively promotes the latest trends.
- **Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves.
- Report product feedback and customer preferences to management.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Handle customer feedback positively and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve overall store goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- **Promotions and Events**:

- Promote and participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches.
- Contribute ideas for sales initiatives to drive store traffic.
