**Role Summary**

We are looking for a hands-on **Technician** with a strong foundation in electrical/electronic systems and battery technology. You will play a key role in supporting the development, testing, and validation of next-generation battery systems and EV components.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct battery pack and cell testing using specialized tools and software.
- Operate BMS (Battery Management System) software for diagnostics and monitoring.
- Assist in the setup and execution of test protocols for EV systems.
- Handle electrical components safely during assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Log test data, observations, and system parameters in structured formats (Excel/data entry).
- Work closely with engineering teams to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain lab/test equipment and ensure safety standards are followed.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring.
- Understanding of battery chemistry and operation (Li-ion preferred).
- Familiarity with BMS tools, diagnostic software, and multimeters.
- Experience with battery testing equipment (e.g., cyclers, testers, load banks).
- Basic MS Excel and data entry capabilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
