We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales Intern to join our team. you will be responsible for calling interested leads, providing them with details about our projects, and ultimately converting them into site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calling Interested Leads**:
Initiate outbound calls to potential leads who have shown interest in our projects.

Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and preferences.

**Project Presentation**:
Provide detailed information about our projects, highlighting unique features and benefits.

Answer any queries or concerns the leads may have regarding the projects.

**Converting Leads into Site Visits**:
Persuade interested leads to schedule site visits to our project locations.

Showcase the value proposition of visiting our sites and experiencing our offerings firsthand.

**Reporting and Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads.

Provide regular updates on lead conversion and site visit scheduling.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills

Ability to persuade and influence others.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills.

**Working Schedule**:
The internship will require weekend availability, with the designated day off being Wednesday. The working hours will be from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM on weekdays.

**Location**:Thane Hiranandani

**Stipend**:₹4000/- per month

**Internship Duration**: 4 Months (Full time opportunity based on performance)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
