**Job Title: International Voice Process**
**Location: Greater Noida**

**Experience - 6 Months International Calling Experience**
**Salary: ₹35,000/month**

We are hiring professionals with experience in an International Voice Process to join our dynamic team. **Experience**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO/Call Center).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Offer accurate product, service, and account information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve performance targets such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow quality and compliance guidelines during all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet team goals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle international customers and diverse accents.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in international voice support.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and call center operations.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to interact with customers from different regions.
