Graduate with nursing background/Pharmacist/Biomedical Engineer
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience preferably in similar kind /Nursing/wound care.
- Location: Calicut/ Ernakulam/ Thrissur /Palakkad
- Responsible for the value addition of the firm BMS which include (Financial growth, Brand value, Reputation etc.)
- He/she is responsible for teaching and training other healthcare professionals such as nurses, physicians, professionals, internal teammates, sales team, about the significance and impact of the product/service what she/he dealt with. Product and service includes in the territory of wound care, pressure care and Gynecology care.
- Responsible to do the market research, competitive studies, and other related studies for the successful clinical presentation.
- Developing educational programs for healthcare professionals that are specific to their needs and goals.
- Conducting training sessions for healthcare professionals, including lectures, hands on training and simulations.
- Assessing the learning needs of healthcare professionals to identify the area where they need more training and support.
- Developing training materials, such as presentations, manuals and videos, that healthcare professionals and team members can use to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Responsible to do the proper segmentation and position the products in each segment with respect to requirement.
- Responsible for the profitability of the business in specific area.
- Reduce the Service & complaints by providing feedback/suggestions to production and operational team.
- Incorporates Company standards of excellence into daily work for a healthy work environment.
- Developing marketing materials, such as presentations and product literature as per the specific requirement of the geographical area to support sales efforts and engage potential customers.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Visit major exhibitions and conferences in the region to get all relevant information with respect to product and company.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Keep abreast with all new developments within the industry and guard all information pertaining to the company from unscrupulous elements.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
