**Position: Manual Tester**

**Location**: Noida

**Role Overview**:As a Manual Tester at Attendo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans that validate the software's performance, functionality, and usability. Your attention to detail and systematic approach will be vital in identifying and reporting defects, ultimately contributing to the delivery of exceptional software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
- Execute manual tests to validate software functionality, identify defects, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and enhancements and ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and user stories.
- Document and track defects, issues, and enhancement requests using designated tools, and assist in their resolution.
- Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to discussions about design and user experience improvements.
- Identify potential areas of automation and collaborate with the automation testing team to enhance testing efficiency.
- Provide accurate and timely status reports on testing progress, test coverage, and defect resolution.
- Actively participate in project meetings, offering insights and suggestions to improve overall product quality.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging trends to continuously improve testing processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
- Familiarity with creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Ability to identify, isolate, and document defects clearly and effectively.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and familiarity with different operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
- Experience with testing tools and issue tracking systems is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
